  • 1 roast
  • 1 or 2 New Mexico green chiles, chopped (depending on taste and amount of heat desired)
  • 2 cans green chile
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • sprinkle of chile (crushed red pepper)
  • salt and pepper
  • onion salt
  • garlic salt

Directions

    Cook roast for about 30 minutes in stew pot on top of stove. Add remainder of ingredients and cook (with 1/2-inch of water on the bottom).

    Do this until the roast falls apart.

    Shred roast with fork.
