  • 1 lb. ground lean beef or 1 lb. diced pork
  • 4 small potatoes, peeled and diced*
  • 2 c. green chopped chili
  • 1 c. stewed tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Brown beef or pork and potatoes together. Stir constantly to prevent sticking. Drain excess fat. Add green chili, tomatoes, salts and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
