  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 (4.5 oz.) green chilies
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • beef stock or bouillon to cover
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can Trappey's pinto beans with jalapenos
  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed

    Brown ground meat and drain.

    Add chopped onion and minced garlic.

    Cook until onion and garlic are soft.

    Add beans, chilies and Ro-Tel.

    Add beef stock or bouillon to cover; sprinkle on comino and simmer until potatoes are done.
