- 2 lb. pinto beans
- 3 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 2 medium onions
- 3 pieces garlic
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 Tbsp. coriander
- 12 oz. jalapeno pepper
- 1/8 c. oil
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Soak beans 4 to 5 hours.

2Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours; set aside. Cook sausage 2/3 of way done then add all other ingredients except oil and flour; cook 5 to 7 minutes.

3In a separate frying pan, put 1/8 cup oil and all of flour to make gravy then put it all together.

4Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes.
