- 6 (4 1/2 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, blended to puree
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 cans water
Directions

1Saute pork cubes lightly.

2Add chopped green chilies and garlic powder.

3Add water.

4Simmer for two hours, adding water as needed.

5Thicken with flour and water paste until it is the consistency of white sauce.

6Serve as smothering on bean burritos. Melt Cheddar cheese on top of burrito after smothering.
