Green Chili Enchiladas

  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas (12 medium)
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • chopped up chicken

Directions

    Heat soup.

    Slowly add green chilies and gradually add sour cream.

    Put approximately 2 tablespoons mixture in tortilla and chicken and small amount of cheese.

    Roll tightly.

    Place in baking dish.

    Bake 10 minutes at 350° and pour remaining soup mixture over tortillas.

    Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

    Bake another 10 minutes.
