  • 3 small cans chopped green chilies (mild)
  • 1 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar)
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions

    Put chilies on the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan.

    Cover with eggs and then cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Set out for a few minutes.
  5. 5
    Cut into small squares and serve on Triscuits.
