- 2 lb pork cubed
- 9 oz hot green chillie
- 36 oz mild green chillie
- 12 oz jallapenos
- 5 clove garlic minced
- 1/3 cup lard
- 1 cup flour
- 64 oz hot water
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

1cut pork into cubs

2cook pork in a big pan on medium low

3add green chillie and jallapenos while pork is cooking

4add minced garlic when pork is almost done

5add lard after pork is cooked

6add flour after the lard has melted
-
7stir well
-
8slowy pour in the hot tap water until contents are a little runny

9keep stirring.

10will thicken.

11add salt
