  • 1 box pistachio pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • walnuts

    Beat all ingredients together.

    Grease Bundt cake pan.

    Coat bottom and sides of pan with sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.

    Pour half batter in pan; sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and walnuts. Add remaining batter.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
