  • maraschino cherry halves
  • 1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • a few drops green food coloring

    Dissolve pudding in liquid from pineapple.

    Add remaining ingredients, reserving a few cherries for the top, if desired. Chill well.
