  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 pkg. tortillas (18 count bag, white)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Carnation milk
  • 2 small cans green chilies
  • 1 jar pimentos

    Melt cheese, soup and milk in double boiler. Add pepper and pimentos.

    Brown meat.

    Cut tortillas in 1/4 pieces.

    Layer tortillas, layer of meat and layer of sauce.

    Repeat.

    Bake at 350° until cheese is bubbly. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
