- 1/2 stick oleo
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. chopped Velveeta
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas, softened in sauce
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas, softened in sauce (optional)
Directions

1Brown and drain beef.

2Make sauce from oleo, flour, milk and Velveeta.

3Add chilies.

4Soften tortillas in sauce.

5Roll beef in tortillas.

6Pour rest of sauce over enchiladas.

7Top with grated cheese and onions.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Wonderful doubled and freeze second casserole.
