- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 5 to 6 anchovy fillets
- 2 small scallions (green tops included)
- 1 Tbsp. loosely packed parsley leaves
- 1 tsp. tarragon leaves (1/2 tsp. dried)
- 1 Tbsp. snipped chives
- 2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Place mayonnaise in blender container.

2Add next six ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth.

3Add sour cream and blend on low speed until mixed.

4Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
