  • 1 pound elbow noodles, cooked
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 1/2 large green bell peppers diced
  • 6 gherkin pickles chopped (no relish its to fine)
  • 2 hard boiled eggs run through egg slicer twice (cubes)
  • 1-1/2 cup hellmans light mayonnaise
  • freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours. Serve.
