- 4 stalks celery chopped
- 1/2 large green bell peppers diced
- 6 gherkin pickles chopped (no relish its to fine)
- 2 hard boiled eggs run through egg slicer twice (cubes)
- 1-1/2 cup hellmans light mayonnaise
- freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours. Serve.
