  • 1/4 c. blanched almonds
  • 2 tsp. dried leaf basil
  • 1 tsp. dried leaf thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried leaf oregano
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar pitted green Spanish olives

Directions

    Drain and rinse olives well.

    Drain again thoroughly.

    Place olives, almonds, basil, oregano and thyme in food processor or blender.

    Whirl until coarsely chopped, scraping down sides of bowl once or twice.

    With motor running, add oil in a thin stream. Whirl until mixture is coarse puree.
