- 1/4 c. blanched almonds
- 2 tsp. dried leaf basil
- 1 tsp. dried leaf thyme
- 1 tsp. dried leaf oregano
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 (10 oz.) jar pitted green Spanish olives
Directions

1Drain and rinse olives well.

2Drain again thoroughly.

3Place olives, almonds, basil, oregano and thyme in food processor or blender.

4Whirl until coarsely chopped, scraping down sides of bowl once or twice.

5With motor running, add oil in a thin stream. Whirl until mixture is coarse puree.
