- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 tablespoons butter, cold
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Directions

1Combine flour, onions, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

3Combine egg and buttermilk; stir into crumb mixture just until moistened.

4Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
