  • 4 green onions
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. long-grain white rice
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • .13 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. Parsley

Directions

    In 4-quart saucepot, heat vegetable oil on medium.

    Add white parts of green onion; cook 2 minutes or until golden, stirring.

    Add rice.

    Cook 1 minute, stirring.

    Add chicken broth and salt.

    Heat to boiling on high.

    Reduce heat to maintain simmer.

    Cover; simmer 25 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Stir in chopped parsley and remaining green onions.
