- 8 or 10 medium size mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, cut
- 1 1/2 green peppers, cut
- 3/4 c. soup stock
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix together 1 tablespoon soy sauce, wine, 1 tablespoon peanut oil and cornstarch.
