  • 1/2 lb. flank steak, cut into 2-inch thin slices
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. wine
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 8 or 10 medium size mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion, cut
  • 1 1/2 green peppers, cut
  • 3/4 c. soup stock
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar

    Mix together 1 tablespoon soy sauce, wine, 1 tablespoon peanut oil and cornstarch.

    Marinate steak in this marinade for 1/2 to 2 hours.
