  • 1 1/2-2 pound Pork Loin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 large Yellow Onion
  • 4 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 2-29 ounce cans White Hominy, drained and rinsed
  • 1-7 ounce can chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 1/2-2 cups finely chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Jalapenos, chopped (optional)

Remove meat and set aside.
