- 2 c. white long grain rice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in medium-large saucepan and cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes.

2Reduce to simmer and cook until rice is done, usually 20 to 30 minutes.

3With this rice, stirring in between cooking will keep vegetables distributed.
