- 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
- 1/2 c. ground or finely chopped parsley or spinach
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Saute chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil or butter. Measure cooked rice and ground parsley into a mixing bowl, then add milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, Cheddar cheese and slightly beaten eggs.

2Add sauteed onion and garlic; mix thoroughly and pour mixture into buttered baking dish.

3Bake in moderate oven at 350° for about 40 minutes.
