  • 2 cups of uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of salad oil
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup green onions with tops
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese (grated)
  • salt and pepper
  • dash of garlic

Directions

    Chop all greens in processor. Bake rice and when done add cheese, milk, and everything else. Bake in covered casserole bowl for 1 hour at 350°.
