  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Cook spinach and broccoli.

    Cook rice separately; then mix all together with the butter.

    Pack mixture into well greased mold in pan of boiling water.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn mold upside down onto plate to serve rice ring.
