  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked until thawed
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. jalapeno pepper cheese

Directions

    Saute onions, celery and green pepper in margarine.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix together.

    Bake in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
