  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/8 stick oleo
  • 8 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 c. pimento

Directions

    Cook broccoli until tender.

    Drain and add all other ingredients.

    Bake in greased dish at 325° for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
