  • 1 c. Minute rice, cooked and salted
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese or 1 small jar Cheez Whiz

Directions

    Saute the broccoli, onion and celery in butter.

    Mix all ingredients except rice.

    Put rice in bottom of buttered casserole. Put mixture on top.

    Sprinkle paprika over top.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
