- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 2 boxes chopped broccoli
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 2 cans cream of mushroom
- 1 can water chestnuts
Directions

1Saute chopped vegetables in margarine.

2Cook 2 boxes of broccoli.

3Mix together sauteed vegetables, broccoli, rice, jar of Cheez Whiz, cream of mushroom soup and water chestnuts.

4Bake in a covered casserole for 30 minutes at 350°.
