- 1 cup rice
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large tomatoes (chopped)
- 12 bell pepper (chopped)
- 12 small onion (chopped)
- 12 bunch fresh cilantro (rinsed, chopped)
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 2 -3 lemons, cut in quarters
- natures seasoning

Directions

1Melt butter in large saucepan.

2Add onion and bell pepper.

3Saute for 2 minutes.

4Add rice and saute for an additional 3 minutes.

5Add enough water to cover completely.

6Add tomato and cilantro nature seasonings and salt.

7Cover and let simmer till rice is done.

8Squeeze lemon over it and enjoy!
