Ingredients

  • 5 cups cooked rice
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 14-12 cup butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 12 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Have rice ready.

    Cook broccoli as directed; drain and set aside.

    Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in butter until done, but not brown.

    Mix everything.

    Bake uncovered in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Garnish with strips of pimento.
