  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. onions
  • 3/4 c. green pepper
  • 3/4 c. celery
  • 2 c. rice
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 pkg. frozen cooked broccoli, chopped

Directions

    Saute margarine, onions, green pepper and celery.

    Cook rice. Add Cheez Whiz, soup and broccoli.

    Top with cheese; bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

    Very good family favorite.

    Can be made in 2 dishes; freeze one.
