  • 2 c. rice, cooked as directed on box
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 lb. grated cheese

Directions

    Cook rice.

    Mix other ingredients with rice.

    Bake 1 hour at 325° with lid on Pyrex bowl.

    Freezes well.

    (You can cut this in half.)
