  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice, cooked
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz, plain or Mexican
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Saute celery and onion in margarine.

    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, with sauteed celery and onions.

    Pour in casserole dish.

    Spoon cheese on top of casserole.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 6.
