  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach or broccoli, cooked
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • garlic and onion salt to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients; blend thoroughly. Bake in greased baking dish at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
