Green Rice Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 stick butter approximately 50 grams
- 250 grams sour cream
- 399 grams chihuahua cheese or other soft mild cheese
Directions

1Rinse the rice in cold water until cleaned, about 5 minutes. Drain.

2Blend the water, parsley, cilantro, onion and garlic in a blender until well mixed, approximately 2 minutes.

3Place a little oil into a pan and add the rice, stirring slightly for 30 seconds. Add the blended mixture and allow to come to a boil before lowering the heat to low and covering. Allow to cook for 20 minutes.

4Grease a pan with a little bit of butter and melt the rest of the butter, adding it to the rice along with the cream and half of the grated cheese.

5Place the entire mixture into the baking pan and place the rest of the cheese on the top, in slices.

6Bake 20 minutes on 180 C until the cheese browns.
