  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • 4 cups cooked egg noodles
