- 3/4 c. chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 c. beef or chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. long grain white rice
Directions

1In 2-quart casserole combine green onions, butter, bell pepper and parsley.

2Microwave on High for 4 minutes.

3Stir in bouillon and pepper.

4Cover with lid or plastic wrap.

5Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is boiling.

6Stir in rice. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

7Microwave on High for 14 to 16 minutes or until rice is done.

8Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

9Yields 4 to 6 servings.
