  • 1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 carton whipping cream
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water and pineapple juice. Add softened cream cheese and mix well (wire whip works good). Chill until slightly thickened.

    Beat whipping cream and fold into Jell-O/cheese mixture.

    Fold in crushed pineapple.

    Chill until set.
