- 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
- 2 lb. tomatillos, peeled and quartered
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 c. of water
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 tsp. salt (to taste)
Directions

1Place tomatillos, 1 jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic and water in saucepan.

2Cover.

3Boil for 6 minutes.

4Puree the vegetables together.

5Cool.

6Add salt, cilantro and another jalapeno pepper if you like it hot, and mix.
