  • 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 lb. tomatillos, peeled and quartered
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 c. of water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 tsp. salt (to taste)

Directions

    Place tomatillos, 1 jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic and water in saucepan.

    Cover.

    Boil for 6 minutes.

    Puree the vegetables together.

    Cool.

    Add salt, cilantro and another jalapeno pepper if you like it hot, and mix.
