- 10 oz. fresh or frozen spinach
- 1/4 c. broth
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. milk or cream
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Steam the fresh spinach until just wilted or the frozen until warm.

2Put spinach and its liquid into blender.

3Add warm broth and liquify.

4Stir cheese and milk into puree.

5Toss spaghetti with butter, then with green sauce.
