  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can green chiles, drained and chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (optional)

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onions.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease off and add all ingredients, except cheese; mix well Add cheese and cut in small pieces.

    Cook until cheese melts. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Makes about 3 quarts.
