- 20 green peppers
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper (optional)
- 3 lb. hamburger
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. V-8 juice
Directions

1Wash peppers and remove seeds.

2Mix rice, raw hamburger, onion, garlic, paprika, egg, V-8 juice, salt and pepper together. Mix well.

3Spoon into green peppers.

4Place in large, greased roaster.

5Mix 2 cups water and 2 cups V-8 juice together.

6Pour over peppers.

7Sprinkle bouillon on top.

8Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
