  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or less)
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup green tea powder (matcha powder)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup macadamia nuts (chopped)

Directions

    Preheat over to 350°F.

    Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla together.

    Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.

    Mix dry and wet ingredients.

    Mix in chips and nuts.

    Shape into a golf ball and place dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
