Ingredients

  • 1 lb greens, rinsed with stems cut off (your choice I like collard best)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (the green one is excellent)
  • 1 teaspoon bacon bits
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Put all ingrediants into a medium pot.

    Simmer on medium/low heat until tender, 2-3 hours.
