- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cans chili hot beans
- 2 cans tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/4 chili pepper, dried and flaked
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown the hamburger, onion and green pepper lightly in a large skillet and drain. Put in crock-pot.

2Add the remaining ingredients.

3Stir. Set on low. Cook 8 hours or overnight or set on high and cook 3 hours.

4Stir occasionally. Serve with crackers, salad and cheese wedges.
