  • 3 Tablespoons Oil (olive Or Canola)
  • 1 Tablespoon Bacon Drippings
  • 3 cups Fresh Green Beans, cut and trimmed
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt (or Powder)

Directions

    Heat oil and bacon drippings in large skillet on medium to high heat.

    Add green beans, lemon juice and garlic salt.

    Cook beans until tender, but still a bit crunchy - this will take approximately 10 - 12 minutes.

    Remove from heat and serve immediately.
