  • 14 cup rolled oats
  • 18 cup natural bran
  • 18 cup mixed dried fruit
  • 18 cup almonds or 18 cup peanuts or 18 cup walnuts
  • 18 cup sunflower seeds
  • 12 cup milk, to cover
  • 14 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 14 small banana

Directions

    Mix rolled oats, bran, mixed dried fruit, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and sunflower in to a small breakfast bowl.

    Add the milk.

    top with banana, and yogurt, drizzle over honey and serve.

    Hint: if you feel more hungry, you can make a bigger bowl of cereal by upping the amount ingredients.
