Griddle Buster Pear Cake

   Melt butter and add to cake mix.

   Mix to form a ball.

   Take 3/4 of ball and press into 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Add pears that have been cut into small pieces.

   Sprinkle cinnamon over pears.

   Mix eggs, softened cream cheese and confectioners sugar.

   Pour over pears.

   Crumble rest of cake mix on top.

   Cook at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
