- 1 lb asparagus
- olive oil
- creole seasoning (Tony Chachere's, Zatarain's, or any kind of season salt that contains salt, cayenne pepper, black pe)
Directions

1Wash asparagus and break off any brown or tough bottoms of the stalk.

2Drizzle in olive oil, coat with creole seasoning to taste.

3Grill for 5 minutes or so, until tender.

4Cook longer if you like it crispier.
