  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 lb. cooked large pasta shells
  • 2 c. small broccoli florets
  • 1 c. low-fat Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 c. frozen peas
  • 2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. guilt-free sour cream
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 3/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
