  • 1 head cabbage, cored
  • 12 cup butter
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions

    Core the cabbage and leave whole.

    Put the stick of butter into the hole.

    Lay the 6 slices of bacon over the top of the cabbage.

    Wrap the cabbage in foil.

    Cook on the grill/smoker until it is soft.

    Unwrap and place on a platter or in a bowl.

    Slice it into bite sized pieces.
